Unika's LSS operations in Ulricehamn offer meaningful and inspiring workdays where you get to work alongside our clients who have various disabilities. Our residence is aimed at individuals within the target group 1 according to LSS 9:9, which includes individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism spectrum disorders with a focus on comorbidity or psychiatric additional diagnoses. We are now looking for summer substitutes who want to be part of our team – with the possibility of extension!

We would like you to start as a temporary worker already in the spring, to get to know our clients and the operations. Here you have the opportunity to work in a warm and developing environment, where each day brings new challenges and experiences.

At Unika, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable everyday life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work purposefully based on the assignment plan, have a professional and salutogenic approach and work style while also operating within the resources and budget of the organization.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, and the starting point is the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working method involves a low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in LSS or healthcare and social services.

• Driver's license (B).

• High school education, such as child and leisure program, healthcare and social services program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogy, social pedagogy, or university education in a relevant field.

• Experience with AAC and low-arousal approaches is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment/Hourly employment. Work percentage: We have larger positions but also smaller positions as needed. Working hours: Rotating schedule, day, evening, weekend & awake night shifts occur. Start date: By agreement, we view positively if you can start shortly. Collective agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
